Rainbow Scrap Challenge - blue

My scraps are very small and odd sized so I am limited to what type of blocks I can do. I made 7 Crumb blocks, 9" in size.
I still have left a fair bit of blue scraps but at this stage I haven't decided if I do more blocks or a different project with the blue scraps. I am not using these blocks now to make into quilt top as I was planning to make more of these blocks in different colours as the challenge progresses to another colour.

    I LOVE your scrappy blocks! I think a quilt with all different colored scrappy blocks like this would look fantastic :)

    Hi Celia, Love the crumb blocks - I am toying with the idea of saving my blocks and adding more colours as the challenge goes on.....ahhh decsions decisions!

    Its a block made from any size scraps..
    Check the link on my blog to Quilville and previous postings on what I have done using this block. I have pictures of completed projects.
    There is a detailed tutorial on this technique on http://www.quiltville.com/crumbs.shtml... beware, its an additive block... once you start you can't stop, that's what happened to me and I ended up with 2 quilts... but its great fun and a fantastic way to use up every piece of fabric you have and possible dislilke...

    I really like your crumb blocks too! I'm also going to wait until later this year to start putting together the quilt. I wanted a true rainbow quilt with all my scraps so I'm hoping to incorporate all the blocks I make in some way or another.

    I'm just taking a tour of the rainbow challenge bloggers and your blocks are lovely. I too have a lot of little scraps, have decided on a small project for this month, but I might just take inspiration from your idea for future months :)

    You made some nice blocks, and if you add some more of those in different colours it will make a beautiful colourful quilt.

    Olá Célia, já estive a ver com mais atenção tu és uma artista, eu ainda não domino a técnica como tu mas lá chegarei. Parabéns estes blocos em tons de azul gosto muito.
